Following this week’s bargaining sessions, we were able to reach tentative agreement on three proposals:
grievance and arbitration procedure
bulletin boards, and
severability of contract terms
These tentative agreements continue to build the foundation for a collective bargaining agreement. For more information about the tentative agreements, click here.
We will be back together three more times over the next two weeks. During those sessions we expect to receive the Teamsters’ economic proposals, including wages and benefits, and proposals related to other substantive issues. We look forward to receiving this information so that we can begin these important discussions.
We know there is a lot of work still to come and are committed to continuing to move the process forward toward a first contract.
