Negotiations Update 17

The Teamsters presented us with a partial economic package today, sharing three proposals related to retirement programs, holidays, and wages for RNs. We are still expecting additional economic proposals, including wages for APPs and health insurance.  

Corewell Health has made significant investments in wages and benefits for our team members over the past several years and remains committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our team members.

We are scheduled to meet with the Teamsters twice next week and we expect continued discussion around these proposals and other outstanding items.  As we have told the Teamsters, it is important to receive all economic proposals so that we can understand the full picture of what is being requested and engage in meaningful conversations about what is most important to our nurses.
